   • For hygiene reasons, used makeup sponges cannot be returned.

   • Customers should contact us within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

   • We will offer a replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

   • All website content, including the Luxera name, logo, photographs, graphics and text, belongs to our business and may not be copied without permission.

   • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
